
1. How do I edit my account information?
Your account information can be updated at any time by logging into 'My Account' and clicking the link for the information you wish to change. Simply click the 'My Account' link located at the top of the page and you will be prompted to log in. After you log in the 'My Account' page allows you to view your shopping cart (if you have any item/s in the cart), check out, view your order history, edit your bill to address information, edit your ship to address information, change your password, and log out.

2. What is my password?
You are able to create a unique password when you open your account.
Should you forget your password, click the 'My Account' link at the top of the page and you will be taken to the Customer Log In page. Then click on the 'I Forgot My Password' link on the 'My Account' - Customer Log In page. Your password will be sent to the email address on file.

3. How do I log out?
You can log out by clicking the 'My Account' link at the top of the page. You will see a 'Log Out' link on the right side of the 'My Account' page.

4. Do I need to log out?
You do not need to log out. All of your information is secure.

5. What happens if I check 'Remember Me'?
If you check 'Remember Me' when you log in, then everytime you visit Shop3Day.com™ from this computer you will be automatically logged in to your account.
If you are using a public computer that other users have access to, then you should not check 'Remember Me' when you log in.
