
1. How do I place an order?
Basic process for placing an order:

Find the item you intend to purchase. Click the picture of that item to view the "Product Detail" page.

Click the "Add To Cart" button on the "Product Detail" page.

You can add more items to your cart or click the "Check Out" button.

If you are already logged in, then you will be directed to the "Bill To Address" page. If you have not logged in prior to clicking the "Check Out" button, then you will be directed to the "Check Out - Log In" page. Select a Log In option and click the "Log In" button. You will then be directed to the "Bill To Address" page.

Enter your billing information. If the billing address is the same as the address you intend to ship to, then click the checkbox under "Zip/Postal Code". Click the "Continue" button.

If you clicked the checkbox under "Zip/Postal Code", then you will be directed to the "Payment Information" page. If you did not click the checkbox, then you will be directed to the "Ship To Address" page. Enter your shipping information and click the "Continue" button.

Enter your payment information on the "Payment Information" page and click the "Continue" button. You will be directed to the "Confirm Order Information" page.

Review the order information on the "Confirm Order Information" page. If you need to change any of the information, then click the "EDIT INFO" link located at the bottom right of the first table and you will be directed back to the "Bill To Address" page. If your order information is correct, then click the "Submit My Order" button to place your order and you will be directed to the "Order Complete" page.

Please copy down or print off your "Order Number" for your records.
Note: During the Check Out process, you may revise or cancel your order. No order will be placed until you click the "Submit Order" button.

2. How do I change or cancel an order?
Call our Shop3Day.com™ Customer Service Center at 888-720-SHOP (888-720-7467) or e-mail us through the Contact Us section on the website. If you call and leave a message or respond via e-mail, please reference your order number, your name and the best method to contact you.
Note: Once your order has reached a certain point in our processing procedure we may not be able to change or cancel your order. Please notify Customer Service As Soon As Possible for changes or cancelations.

3. What is the status of my order?
Shop3Day.com™ offers several easy options to check the status of your order.
1. E-mail Confirmation: An order confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been submitted. We will also send you a shipping notification e-mail once your order has been shipped.
2. Order History: After logging in, click on the 'View Order History' button located in the My Account section of the website. Detailed information about your order can be displayed by clicking on your order number.
3. Contact Us: If you still have questions about your order, please contact our Shop3Day.com™ Customer Service Center via email through the Contact Us link on the website or call us at

4. How do I track my order?
A tracking number is assigned to your order once the package has been picked up by UPS. When UPS scans your package in our distribution center to place it on the truck, a shipping e-mail with tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the order. Please allow 24 hours for tracking number to update (You will be able to track your order the following business day).

8. Can I make a purchase at your location?
Yes, if you are in the Indianapolis Metropolitan area. You need to call

1pm - 5pm Monday - Friday or 8am - 12pm Saturday.

9. My Account - View Order History
Your order status will be displayed on the 'View Order History' page located in the 'My Account' section of the website.
Approved: Your order has been placed and completed online but not yet processed in our processing system.
Processing: Your order is being processed in our distribution center.
Partially Shipped: Your order was not fully shipped which means one or more items may be on backorder.
Shipped/complete: Your order is complete and paid in our system.
