Important Notice:
As of January 1, 2010, 3-Day for the Cure switched merchandises partners. Please read below to determine the appropriate contact for your return.

2009 PURCHASE -- If you purchased merchandise from 3DayGear.com in 2009 and wish to return the item, please contact 3DayGear.com Customer Service at 877-702-PINK.

2010 PURCHASE -- MainGate Inc. return policy (information below)

If you want to return/exchange an item, please call our Customer Service Center at
888-720-SHOP (888-720-7467) during Business Hours before doing anything else. You must receive authorization from our Customer Service Center to return/exchange an item. Our Customer Service Center can provide you with a return authorization number and postage prepaid return label. A member of our Customer Service Center will be able to walk you through the return/exchange process over the phone.

2. What is the return deadline?

NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE

Returns/Exchanges must be received within 14 days of authorization. If received after 14 days, you will be charged a $25.00 re-stock fee.

3. How do I use my authorization number?

Please note the authorization number on the outside of the shipping package to expedite processing of your return/exchange.

4. How do I use my postage prepaid return label?

You need to attach your postage prepaid return label to the shipping package. If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label.

5. How should I ship the item to you?

Product may be returned in method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. (Find a UPS service location near you - link opens in new window)

At your request we will issue a postage prepaid return label. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (shipping fee will be quoted over the phone when requesting the return authorization). If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source.

6. What if the item has been worn or damaged?

All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn or damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.

NOTE: CDs, DVDs or other electronic media may only be returned if in the original unopened package.

7. What items are non-returnable?

Undergarments are non-returnable.

Any CDs, DVDs, or other electronic media that have been opened are non-returnable.

Educational Materials are non-returnable. In order to ensure the accuracy of information on the Education pieces we cannot accept Educational product returns.

8. Entire Return / Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Shop3Day.com™. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for your return.

Shop3Day.com™ will accept merchandise return / exchange under the following conditions:

*All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Shop3Day.com™ before shipping any merchandise to our Customer Service Center. To receive a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label, please call the Shop3Day.com™ Customer Service Center at 888-720-SHOP (888-720-7467) during business hours.
*For all other returns/exchanges we offer the following two options.

  • Product may be returned in method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns.

  • At your request we will issue a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (shipping fee will be quoted over the phone when requesting the return authorization). If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source.

*If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label. Standard shipping rates apply on the reshipment of an exchanged item.
